The sad and aching soul has no where to hide,
Nor does a troubled heart burdened with sighs;
Have any recourse but to happily retreat
When touched by Ginny with the smiling eyes.
-
Nor can cross words or disagreeable contradictions
Destroy or even damage the all too lovely ties;
That others may discard when life's ups become downs
In disregarding the sweetness of Ginny's smiling eyes.
-
For the painful hurts of life have been her reality as well
Yet, she has risen above her own sorrows and lonely cries
And she will simply tell you to take one day at a time
If you, too, would ever hope to turn tears into smiling eyes.
-
So to all those whose lives are filled with too much pain
I would recommend this sure cure that even logic defies;
You'll cease to sense your own sadness and sorrows,
When you surrender to Ginny with the smiling eyes. |
